Technical Support

Technical support for users of LungHealth is available Monday – Friday 0900 to 1700hrs.

This is for the reporting of any clinical, functional, or access issues in relation to the usage of the LungHealth guided consultation software.

Our Development Team is committed to resolving your reported issues & bugs in a timely manner. All resolutions are dependent on the complexity and criticality of the reported issue.

To raise a ticket, please email and we will endeavor to respond to your email within 2 hours, or the next working day if this is outside of working hours.
